For a lot of people Pokemon Go is still a fun game to play and after the last big Update developer Niantic teased new Updates at MWC 2017.

A few Weeks ago the popular AR-game Pokemon Go got its first major update introducing a bunch of new items and 80 new Pokemon from the second generation, originally revealed with Pokemon Gold and Silver back in the day. At this years Mobile World Congress in Barcelona Developer Niantic took the stage and said that there will be three more major updates in 2017. Niantic CEO John Hanke did not reveal anything about the upcoming contents and took no questions from the audience. The only thing he did reveal were some interesting Numbers. The international Pokemon tariners caught 88 billion Pokemon since its initial release in July 2016 and was downloaded over 650 million times. All in all folks spent 44 petabytes of mobile data for the digital hunting trips. Those are quite some numbers and the rumors what the planned updates will bring us are starting to boil. I for one hope vor some PvP action or trading , preferably with players from around the world in a marketplace kinda deal , so you can get those Pokemon that are not available in your Regions.

A few Weeks ago Android Wear 2.0 was released, a small Indie Game developer now launched an on-screen game that looks pretty cool.

With a new OS Update, new games and apps won’t stay on hold very long and now the Indie Game Developer Matthew Burton released a plyable watchface called „ChronoSpin“. At first glance ChronoSpin looks like an ordinary watchface but if you press down in the middle you get a fun little game. The watch handles turn into a small bar with balls flying around and you try to avoid them.The gameplay is inspired by the arcadegame „PipSpin“ . With each passed Level it gets harder and everytime you lose you start from the beginning. It looks like a fun thing to play on the subway or waiting in line somewhere. Niantic announced that there will be a really big Pokemon Go Update this week, introducing new items and pokemon.

Acoording to a video posted by niantic there will be a new Update to pokemon go later this week, bringing us 80 new pokeon, new ways to e3ncounter them and some new Items to evolve your pokemon or berries to slow them down.The 80 new Pokemon that you encounter aere the next batch of the second generation after the baby pokemon have been added at the end of 2016. Will thios be enough to get you back into playing pokemon Go? I’m still doing it and i think this is a long overdue update. here is the Video posted by niantic.

For thos of you that still play Pokemon Go , get ready for a Valentines Day Event that will bring you more Candy.

So Niantic announced that there will be a Valentine’s Day Event for Pokemon Go. After Christmas and other Events Niantic has now got a new Idea to keep people playing,m or get them back. For Valentine’s day they got the following planned:

• “Pink” Pokémon (as in, Pokémon that are at least partly pink in appearance) like Clefable, Chansey, and Porygon will spawn more often.
• “Pink” baby Pokémon are more likely to hatch from eggs picked up during the event; Niantic mentioned Cleffa, Igglybuff, and Smoochum in particular.
• Players will get 2x the normal amount of candy for walking their buddy Pokémon and when catching, transferring, or hatching.
• Lure modules will last for SIX HOURS now, instead of thirty minutes. That’s 12x as long.

We will see what will happen with those Ideas, I still play it so I am actually pretty happy about those news, so now I can get Evolutions a lot quicker.

In Adnroid 7.1 a couple new Emoji were added, but those are not nougat exclusive anymore, since whatsapp added them to the new Beta.

In the new beta version of the popular WhatsApp Messenger the latest unicode Emoji have been added, so now you can say even more things without typing anything. The new Emoji are more diverse than ever, including a bunch of new job emoji for bith men and women of different origins with quite a few skin colors added.

And if that was not good enough for you, note that there are other new emojis like a facepalm, some bacon and whisky. You can easily become part of the new Beta programm by signing up here .

So if you’re a Futurama Fan and bored , be sure to check this one out!

So I was checking out a few games lately to play on my phone while on the subway and since I’m a big fan I got Futurama – A Game of Drones. It’s game mechanics are very simple. you have different colored drones and you need to match them up in batches of for or more in order to remove them. Levels have different goals and types. Sometimes you have to match next to some boxes to get them destroyed, remove backpanels, match a specific amount of drones or get an item to the bottom of the screen. As always there are things to try and stop you from doing it, like brain slugs that you can see in the image below.

It has a few features that I have not seen on other games like this. For example you get a few boss fights every now and then , in which you have to match all the colors in order to kick the opponent out of the game. it’s a pretty cool feature in my Opinion. Also you can receive collectable cards that you can trade in for ingame money or lives (of course you could also pay for that) and there is a wheel of fortune that may supply you with money or unlimited lifes for a period of time. And if you get bored of the look of your spaceship, you can get new skins too. I put a few more screenshots below. Enjoy. You can get the game for free on Google Play Store right here .
