Today we’re going to take a look on how to enable Developer options on the LG G Flex 2.

In this short post we’ll be taking a look at how to enable developer options on an Android Smartphone, in this particular example it will be the LG G Flex 2. As always we’re staring with the written manual, so let’s get started shall we ?

1. unlock the Device and open the settings menu
2. navigate to the „general“ tab
3. scroll all the way down and select „about Phone“
4. select „software info“
5. now tap multiple times (usually 7 times) on „Build Number“ until it says „developer options enabled“

The LG G3 offers you a unique way to lock your device, and I’ll show you how.

Well first of all, for those of you who aren’t familiar with KnockCode, let me explain what it is. Knockcode is a screen lock from LG that allows you to unlock your phone from sleeping state instantly by tapping on the screen in a pre-defined sequence. No numbers,letters or something, just tapping, that’s nice isn’t it? Well then, let’s get down to business.

1. unlock your LG G3 and open up the settings (either trough the menu or the pull-down bar)
2. navigate to the display tab and select „Lock screen“
3. select the first option named „select screen lock“
4. put in your knock sequence and verify it
5. in case you forget it, put an emergency code
6. lock your device and try it out.

Android is all about personalization and today I’ll show you how to change a theme on the LG G3.

So as I stated before, Android is all about personalization, so why not change how everything looks without a new launcher or root? Well if you want to do that, on your LG G3, just follow the steps below. I will write them down for you and also add a Video at the end of this post. So let’s get started:

1. open the menu / app drawer and look for LG SmartWorld
2. open the app and register (or Log in if you’re registered already)
3. navigate to the section named „Home Themes“
4. browse the Themes and select the one you like
5. hit the download button
6. once the download is finished, open up the settings menu
7. navigate to the display tab and select „home screen“
8. select „Themes“
9. choose the one you want and hit apply.
