A picture showed up what seems to be the Moto G5 , sporting a 5.2 inch screen and a „rapid“ Camera.

A new picture emerged eralier today showing off a new Motorola Device. It seems that this might be the new Moto G5 Plus. A predecessor to the good G4 Series. On the screen protector we see a bunch of specs including a 12 MP Rapid auto focus Camera which might be supplied by Sony, IMX362 sensor, PDAF, 4K video recording at 30 fps and F1.7 aperture. The 3000mAh+ TurboPower battery powers the 5.2 inch Device, with a 2.0 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor as the power house, a fingerprint reader, NFC support, and 5MP OmniVision front-facing shooter with F2.2 aperture. Those are quite the good specs considering we’re talking about a phone that ranges in the $250 price segment. No specific words on RAM and Storage but we hope for 4GB RAM and at least a 16 GB or 32 GB storage Option.

Well the Moto 5G from Motorola is not a well kept secret, and now an UK Carrier has listed the Device as available mid March.

Acoording to the latest leaks of the Moto G5 it will be available mid march in 2 color options. A UK Carrier , allegedly Clove, listed the 16 GB Version of the device in Gold and Grey as in stock at mid march. Considering the fact that the Device has not yet been officially announced this is very suprising. No pricing has been leaked yet but we will keep you updated.

In terms of specs the Moto 5G is a mid-range device featuring a 5-inch 1080 p Screen, powered by an Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor and Andriod Nougat. In terms of RAM and storage two options might be available 2GB RAM and 16 GB storage, like shown in the tweet above, or a larger Version with 3 GB of RAm and 32 GB of storage. Additional Features are a 13 MP camera with dual LED flash on the back and 5 MP in the front. Even though we don’t clearly see one, a fingerprint sensor might also be there.

Almost one month after David Schuster announced it, the first generation Motorola Moto X will get Android 5.1.

In the beginning of the Month Motorola’s David Schuster promised owners of the first generation Moto X, Moto E and Moto X with 4G that they will get an Update to Android 5.1, directly from the current KitKat State. Apparently the guys over at Motorola are delivering their promises fairly quick as some people in Brazil already got the OTA Update.

If you have never seen or tried a Lollipop Device you can here to see a full roundup of what’s new (credit here goes to the nice people of Android Authority). As everything is beginning to roll out we can expect a world-wide rollout at the beginning of may, but of course having a carrier branded phone could slow down the process for you.

Since the pre-order launch of the Motorola Moto E (2015) 4G, it’s now available in India.

Well but since the last Moto E release the Market has changed and it’s competitive Price of Rs. 7999 (roughly 120€) is now facing some tough competition from asian Phones such as Huawei and Xiaomi. To withstand that the company selling the Device, Flipkart, is offering quite some Deals around the Motorola Moto E. You get quite some discounts on accessories for the Moto E, like shells and bands and stuff, as well as some shopping vouchers if you decide to go for Motorola instead of the others.

In terms of Specs the Moto E (2015) 4G differs a bit from it’s slower 3G brother. Apart from the faster connection inside the Phone sleeps a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 SoC, which is built from a quad-core Cortex-A53 configuration and Adreno 306 GPU, instead of the quad-core A7 with a 302 GPU. The Rest of the Device is similar to the 3G Version, sporting the Same 4.5″ Screen, 5MP Camera, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage and the 2390 mAh Battery. And since Motorola is a Google Company now, the Motorola Moto E sports the latest Version of Android 5.0
